After years of navigating the world of bodybuilding and experiencing the ups and downs of toxic fitness culture, I realized something: strength training doesn't have to be scary, and getting stronger should feel like a superpower, not a punishment.
Sunday Move Club is the space I wish I had when I started. A place where you can show up exactly as you are, make genuine connections, and discover your strength in a way that actually feels good. No gatekeeping, no judgment, just good vibes and a community that celebrates every win.
